Services
Mile High Mixers provides mobile bartending services for private events. We do not sell alcohol but serve beverages supplied by event hosts in accordance with state and local laws.
 

Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to use our services. By booking our services, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age and will comply with all alcohol-related laws.
 

Booking and Payments

• All bookings require a signed contract and a deposit to secure the date.
• Full payment is due by the date specified in your contract.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Any changes to your event details must be communicated in writing and may be subject to additional charges.
   

Alcohol Service and Liability

• We strictly adhere to Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) practices.
• Our bartenders reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated, aggressive, or underage guests.
• The event host assumes full responsibility for their guests and any consequences arising from alcohol consumption.
• Mile High Mixers is not liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, or legal actions related to alcohol consumption at events we serve.
   

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• Deposits are non-refundable, but partial refunds may be considered based on the      cancellation date.
• If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergency, extreme weather), we will issue a full refund or reschedule.
   

Permits and Venue Requirements

• The event host is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for alcohol service.
• If your venue requires licensed bartenders, proof of insurance, or additional documentation, please inform us in advance.
   

Website Use

• The content on our website is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided.
• Unauthorize use of our website, including copying content or misrepresenting our brand, is prohibited.
   

Limitation of Liability
